Анотація: The article discusses the implementation of certain functions of artificial intelligence and artificial personality based on bionic approach. There shown the implementation of perception functions, processing and recognition of visual information by analogy with the processes in the visual system a human being as an individual of the biological world. There are made the hypotheses: “On the reduction of recognizable images of the same size in the fovea” and “On the mechanism of recognition in the higher strata of the neocortex of the human brain.”
