Анотація: The paper gives a precise, exhaustive, formal definition of Intelligence in accordance with the earlier published papers on the Universe Model. The concept of Intelligence is objectively deduced from the highest properties of our Universe. The further concretization of this concept at the first time opens up the possibility of synthesis of a full-fledged so-called ‘general Intelligence’.
