Анотація: The article suggests the real-time relevant cases retrieving and selecting methods for the dynamic scenario-case system '‘Monsoon" designed to the dynamic objects control. The proposed methods are based on the hypotheses formation of and their refinement in order to either confirm or disprove: the hypothesis becomes confirmed by the conclusion and used for operator's decision-making.
