Анотація: In the given work on the basis of the analysis of the problems which are solved at continuous casting machine control, classification of variables, research of types, places and principal causes of failures, the structure of making decision support system is developed at continuous casting control which carries out timely and authentic detection of risk factors, predicts their development in a current of the certain period of operation and develops recommendations about elimination of supernumerary situations.
