Анотація: У статті показана недостатність штучних нейромереж для розв’язання таких задач, як пошук інформації в текстах, переклад та аналогічних за складністю. Запропоновано з урахуванням складності мозку та принципів його роботи використовувати для цих цілей ідеологію ієрархічно організованих систем та методи системної динаміки.
