Functioning of virtual laboratory of emergency calculations in intellectual environment of «cloudy» model

Анотація: The problem of creation of virtual laboratory of emergency calculations is considered on the basis of intelligence technologies and high-performance computing. The functioning of virtual laboratory is realized in environment of «cloudy» model. The practical application of the developed concept is discussed with reference to a task of the control of a critical situation connected to management by protective structures at flood.
