Анотація: In the article the problem of ensuring quality of the intelligent services supporting decision-making on the basis of knowledge bases is considered. For continuous improvement of decision-making quality in parallel with decisionmaking automation quality control of knowledge bases has to be carried out. Necessary components of such system providing embedding in the existing organization of intelligent activity are considered.
