Анотація: One of the major test requirements for study of equipment that increases their efficiency is to reduce the number of tests at a given accuracy of statistical information. Based on the Bayesian method, which takes into account a priori data of statistical studies, the algorithm for estimates of the results for statistical tests has been made. This algorithm provides the required accuracy with less number of tests.
