Artificial intelligence

Abstract: The article deals with the analysis of scientific and technical solution of high-level complexity including scientific discoveries and it is shown that searching for them is made under insufficient and indefinite initial and final data and absence of methods and ways of obtaining them. To simply this searching and develop on its basis the system of artificial intelligence we suggest the methodology what do not contradict with the known laws of nature and the logic of their development with the frames of hierarchal structural system which has been developed and consists of 10 levels of laws of nature that characterize the parameters of material world and spheres of their application connected with them.
