Abstract: The paper developed a software tool designed to build the structure of neural network image. Normalizing the equation by which the simulated parallel-hierarchical network allows you to perform a preliminary procedure of classification of images. In particular, this procedure can be performed in real time, analyzing the neighboring frames of multimedia images.
