Abstract: The Method of Constructing Mathematical Models of Complex Processes on the Basis of Genetic Algorithms is worked out. The current method gives the possibility to synthesize the model any difficulty without the previous choice of a number of selection rows as opposed to the multiple-row algorithm of a collective consideration of the arguments. This method will find the application for increasing the accuracy of prognosis concerning the oscillating processes, for example the level of the Dniester river.
