Abstract: The task of synthesis of optimal control a nonlinear dynamic process is examined with intellectual prediction of his state. Analytical expression is found for the calculation of optimal control on functional of the generalized work. For structural-parametric identification of predicting model of process neuron networks and systems with fuzzy logic, taught by a genetic algorithm are utillized.
