Abstract: The article discusses the theoretical development of mivar logical-computing networks the technology. Mivar network and products used to create different expert systems and multi-dimensional evolutionary applications of automated information systems (MEPAIS) decision support. The analysis of different data models in database theory was made and prerequisites for the mivar information space and mivar logical networks, as the development of ideas of "active" and "deductive" databases was shown. To enhance the application of these formalisms analysis of existing approaches was made and new ways of networks development mivar based on triplex and multipartite graphs was suggested for the implementation of the rules for choice of the form "if ... then ... anyway ..." for the evolutionary elaboration of logical rules and computational procedures in real time.
