Abstract: A work is devoted to solving the problem of constructing decision rules in adaptive recognitions systems in the presence of classification of each object by the group of independent experts. To estimate consistency of experts in the objects classification it is proposed to use the index of classification’s confidence. Transitions to the weighted samples of w-objects are made to take into account consistency of experts in the classification of objects. The unified approach to the formation of the weighted sample of w-objects from the original sample and adding of the objects are proposed. Significant reductions in classification errors when using the sample of w-objects in the construction of decision rules of classification are shown.
