Abstract: The paper presents theoretical analysis of the effectiveness multiplier of random and harmonic signals that can evaluate and optimize mixing superheterodyne highly radiometers, which convert low intensive noise signals of high frequency, based on their effects to semiconductor diodes included in the end of a long line.
