Abstract: The article is devoted to the problem automatic decision-making in a mode of real time for difficult objects on basis of neural network emulators. The technology of modeling of base processes of automation of decision-making (recognition of conditions, allocation of the homogeneous data, forecasting of dynamics of behavior) for critical infrastructures in different subject domains is offered. At the heart of the approach there is the idea of creation of the additional, independent tool of decision-making in a mode of real time. The models and algorithms realized in the environment of standard emulators format Statistika Neural Network, providing well-founded indicators of reliability of accepted decisions are resulted.
