Abstract: On the basis of analysis of the basic proportion of polynomial transformation of images of space survey of the land objects, which is used during the process of the topographic reference of these objects, possibility of accuracy estimations is shown. The methodology of special calculations and modeling for practical calculation, for error reduction and also for getting potential characteristics of accuracy is offered. Thus the restriction in dissemination of the achieved results in any possible situation is removed.
