Abstract: The paper deals with the main stages and criteria of the decision-making problem. The authors have shaped the mathematical model of the criterion functional combining the reference conditions, the solution targets, the obtained solution criteria and alternate variants. They give the example of using of tenets of the decision theory for choosing radio interface type of designing wireless information technical system.
