Abstract: In the article the problem of constructing a model of multi-agent intellectual system is considered. The system will make the process of crime investigation more effective. It is offered to use specialized software agents to reduce significantly the routine work of the investigator in terms of creation as well as processing criminal procedural documents and that will form the database of knowledge, and in particular the database of knowledge on the case under investigation.
