Abstract: In the article the problem of level increase of intelligence management of territories and territorial units was regarded as well as its solution was proposed. The solution will give an opportunity to increase the basic characteristics of management, namely the level of automation and computerization, timeliness, accuracy, reliability, self-control and performance of the system elements.
