Abstract: The peculiarities of the operational evaluation of states of complex objects, which is functioning under the conditions of uncertainty are considered. The measure of approximation of the coefficients of confidence to the membership functions during the development of methods and models of the operational evaluation stats of complex objects is grounded. This allows to implement on the basis of intellectual approaches objects functioning under the conditions of uncertainty.
