Abstract: Theoretical investigation of switching-modulation converting of low-noise EHF signals at the entrance of radiometric superheterodyne system was made. The applied problem is considered for the case when the useful signal and noise are comparable in terms of power or less, as well as they are homogeneous and statistically inseparable random processes. The conditions, which allow to increase the accuracy and fluctuation sensitivity of radiometric system are determined.
