Abstract: It is considered formalized statement of optimization and accommodation data of system of CAD in the «cloud» according to the offered hierarchical representation of structure complex CAD system, the basic stages and problems of the decision given problem at various of the levels of the organization system are certain and describes. Method and algorithm of optimization data structure organization in «cloud» server based on the synergetic approach with modified Schmalhausen evolution model are proposed.
