Abstract: Information possibilities of a new method for discrimination of invariant for influence rotation informationcharacteristics of texturesare analyzed. The main idea of the method is based on double using of autocorrelation function for image topological features discrimination and for edge invariant supporting by means of calculation of autocorrelation function of Radon transformation. The results of method validation are presented by the examples of textures of different types.
