Abstract: The paper presents the overview of existing intellectual video data processing algorithm, in the video surveillance systems. A comparative analysis of motion detection methods, which used in modern video CCTV systems, is submitted. The description and analysis of the implementations results of two motion detectors algorithms, which based on interframe difference, are presented.
