Abstract: In the article the problem of planning of electronic textbooks is examined taking into account the features of processes of perception. Basic factors, which influences to efficiency of acquisition of knowledge by electronic facilities, are exposed; recommendations, which the developer ofelectronic textbooks must follow,are given; the estimation of efficiency of electronic textbook taking into account locus of attention is offered.
