Abstract: The paper is devoted to the problem of obtaining and analyzing the topological features for the subsequent classification of three-dimensional images. To obtain the topological structures, we used three-dimensional distance maps, the analysis applied by considering the joint properties of the skeleton, the boundary and the convex hul of the object.
