Abstract: In this article the features of application of smart technologies in the corporate enterprise-class are studied, guidelines for their application are systematized. The principles of adaptation, used in systems to protect corporate information, are deribed. The features of the application of evolutionary algorithms in the construction of complex systems are discussed. Performance problems of intelligent algorithms and development trends of intellectualization of the enterprise, associated with the possibility of cloud computing, are considered.
