Abstract: The article discusses a software package for estimating the parameters of mathematical models of complex dynamical systems based on experimental data obtained in the course of their operation. The mathematical basis of this system are the modern methods of optimization, recursive estimation algorithms, linear algebra, methods of linear and nonlinear regression analysis, methods of computational mathematics. Complex uses object-oriented approach in the implementation of programs, has a convenient interface that does not require any knowledge of programming language or the details of the schemes of calculations in the complex.
