Abstract: In the work it is offered to realize the ideas of academician V.M.Glushkov about brainlike structures. Brainlike structures are supposed to be created on the basis of the logic networks giving an opportunity to solvealgebra-predicates equationsby hardware. Theoretical and methodological bases of creation of the brainlike computer on base of brainlike structures submitted as logic networks are considered. Each logic network is offered to be realized as an ultra fast electronic card for the automatic parallel decision of problems. Electronic cards of logic networks are offered to be inserted into a motherboard of a personal computer and thus to receive brainlike computer of parallel-serial type. Such brainlike computer could become an intermediate link in creation of intellectual parallel systems.
