Abstract: In article extremely achievable speed and achievable functional complexity of parallel-serial analog-to-digital converters of movings on the basis of sine-cosine of raster transducers is discussed. The generalized models of analog-to-digital conversion of spatial phase of signals of sine-cosine are offered. The technique of synthesis of block-modular structures of analog-to-digital converters, based on consecutive multistage formation of digits by groups, since group of the senior digits, and digits in groups are in parallel, are offered. This allowsto solve effectively the problems of synthesis and optimization of analog-to-digital converters of moving possessing higher code word length and speed, and also the minimum complexity.
