Abstract: The paper addresses to the problem of forecasting the goal of teaching in competence-based approach. On the basis of a synergetic model of control education, whose object is a homogeneous group of learners, the model for determining the confidence probability of vector of the intellect and the state vector are proposed. The values obtained are used in genetic algorithm for building knowledge base for predicting the degree of accessible expertise. The results of implementation are given.
