Abstract: The article examined the existing neural networks and discussed the new concept of artificial intelligencebased modeling of neurophysiological properties of the brain – the unconditioned and conditioned reflexes. To solve the problem of creating intelligent systems that can learn and solve intellectual problems in various fields of human activity is best the new class of neural networks – neural growing network. The author proposes a new concept of artificial intelligence systems based on the modeling of the neurophysiological properties of the brain using neural growing networks. Neural growing networks in the process of perception and learning reorganizing its structure, and thus they formed an internal (virtual) world, an adequate physical.
