Abstract: In the article the features of influencing of different factors of environment on activity of the biotechnical systems with a handling link as a “man for acceptance of decision” are considered. Such approach allows producing the algorithms of intellectual management in the biotechnical systems. Classification of handling influences on the functional working states of “man-operator” is resulted, that allows to automotive the process of management on a workplace.
