Abstract: The known ontology-based intelligent agents don't solve the task of quantitative evaluating the information in the software requirements specifications (SRS). So, the task of this study is the development of the ontology-based intelligent agent for evaluating the information in the SRS. The method of action of the ontology-based intelligent agent for evaluating the information in the SRS are developed. On the basis of the developed method, the intelligent agent is realized.
