Abstract: Actuality of the usage of the ontologies for the description of system optimization technology is shown. The decision making technology which is based on methodology of system optimisation is presented. The set of ontologies and context areas which are described decision-making tasks and processes are shown. Basic characteristics of ontological system optimization framework is presented. The usage of context for implementation of system optimization framework is considered.
