Abstract: This article discusses the application examples R software to solve equations, which are used for modeling cyber-physical systems. Such models include differential equations describing continuous dynamics as well as boolean expressions of the first-order logic for simulation of discrete events. The integrate differential equations provided that discrete events conditions hold. In this article we discuss examples of the use of the R deSolve package for solving problems in the form of ordinary differential equations that are solved by linear methods. The main features of the R deSolve package, a brief description of the codes are given, which allows it to be used to simulate various processes in science and technology for cyber-physical systems. A numerical simulation was performed in the R package for the Lotka-Volterra type model.

Keywords: cyber-physical systems, ordinary differential equations, differential equations in partial derivatives, packet R deSolve
