Abstract: Consideration some philosophical aspects connected to scientific search by development of the modern catastrophe theory. The analogies are discussed at interpretation of processes in complex dynamic environments. The analysis is conducted on the basis of achievement in the field of intelligence technologies and high- performance means in frameworks paradigm of processing of the information in multiprocessor computing environment. Clause represents the reduced variant of research submitted by the author on the International Forum «World Forum-2013» in USA.
