Abstract: In the article insufficiency artificial neural networks for the decision of such problems, as information search in texts, transfer, and similar on complexity is shown. It is offered taking subject to the complexity of a brain and principles of its work to use for these purposes ideology of hierarchically organised systems and methods of system dynamics.
