Abstract: One of the important directions of the development of artificial intelligence is the simulation of processes occurring in the brain of a man. The paper considers the principles of constructing mathematical models of dynamic systems. The direction of development of artificial intelligence, which is connected with dynamic processes in neural networks, the so-called direction of neuron dynamics, is considered in more detail. The main results of using the second Lyapunov method in the dynamics of neural networks are presented.
