Abstract: This paper describes a method for automatic determining semantic relations between concept nodes of an ontological knowledge base by analyzing the matrices of words semantic-syntactic valences. These matrices are obtained by non-negative factorization of tensors of words syntactic combinability. The tensors have been generated in the course of syntactic structures frequency analysis for the large text corpus of English Wikipedia articles.
