Abstract: In the article the problem of application of intelligent methods and tools in management generalized refrigeration unit. Proposed production frame-generalization, identification of the system state using rules productions, neuro-fuzzy model control of generalized refrigeration unit and its implementation in a computer simulator IceQueen 3.0.
