Abstract: The method of constrained optimization in continuous space of several variables, based on the modeling of the human immune system is considered. New operator based on the Saaty Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) for cloning cells selection is proposed. Using one-dimensional local search operator to intensify the heuristic algorithm is offered.
