Abstract: The article discusses the creation of decision support systems navigator designed to solve the problems of planning and execution of transoceanic passage. Analyzed the functional characteristics of such systems and promising directions for their further development. The structural and functional scheme of a decision support system for the planning of transoceanic passages.
