Abstract: The considered approaches to development of citocomputer – of biocomputer, wich founded on algorithm of the cellular functioning and on available material base (microcircuits). The discussed processes of vital functions of cells and some are kinetic equations, which in correspondence to are put stages of the decision logical problems by means of citocomputer.
