Abstract: In this paper we consider a number of issues related to the objective and rapid computerization of modern society and the development of the most effective teaching tools in teaching programming. This problem was first announced more than 40 years ago by AP Yershov. The analysis and suggests some ways to solve actual problems in learning algorithms and programming.
