Abstract: Semantics of the message is formed as the message proper, and intellectual system perceiving this message. The person in the course of understanding of the message forms on its basis some intellectual integrity, - a Gestalt, ideas, schemes, etc. These allocated schemes to some extent correspond to the internal schemes based on desires and inquiries.
