Abstract: To improve the efficiency of data transmission in wireless networks, including signals, images and videos, the article proposes a new integer cosine transform dimension 16, effective for speed (2.2-3.2 times). Transform focuses on rapid implementation object and on-board equipment, which are part of subscriber systems wireless networks. In addition, the article proposes to use transforms that have strengthened properties of data filtering to reduce noise and highlight the most informative data.
