Abstract: In this paper we propose a new method for objects detections based on image comparison. This method is based on the relative brightness of individual areas of the image. Brightness of areas defined as the brightness of the averaged. A comparison of the proposed method with similar shows better resistance to non-uniform changes in brightness and contrast of images. This method can be used for image comparison and objects detection in images by template. In this paper is considered the case of objects detection.
