Abstract: The structural and functional models for the intellectual multiagent personnel control system in the remote employment conditions are developed. Shown that the system structure satisfies all of the proposed earlier concept thesis’s and allows to implement all necessary functionality. Within the functional model remote employment process general stages and level of system involving in them are allocated and formalized.
